Therapeutic or Swedish Massage is a general treatment more suited to those who don't have a specific complaint but want to relax for an hour or so.
I still work on the muscles and a treatment will definitely ease aches and release areas of tension but there isn't the focus on a specific area as there would be in a Remedial treatment.
This treatment can be for an hour but is also suited to a longer, full body treatment of 1.5 to to 2 hours ( a real treat!).
