The sessions will vary depending on you and your partner's requirements but usually include -

- Shiatsu holding work
- Abdominal massage
- Deep sacrum release
- Visualization and breathing techniques
- Preparation for labour with exercises and positional considerations
- Some basic shiatsu points for pain relief and labour induction
